Reviews and Ratings
My experience at this resort was quite disappointing. The rooms were dark and not well-maintained, and the service was lacking. While the traditional architecture was beautiful, the overall condition and cleanliness were unacceptable. It's definitely not worth the price, and I would recommend looking elsewhere.
My stay here was quite disappointing overall. I ended up in a room that felt more like a budget hostel than a resort, with mosquito issues and cleanliness problems throughout. While the staff were generally nice, that didn't make up for the uncomfortable accommodations. Plus, I was charged too much for what I received. On the plus side, I did appreciate the old teak architecture, which had a certain charm, and the pool was reasonably clean.
This resort has potential with its charming pool and cottages, but it seriously lacks maintenance. While the staff tried their best to provide service, overall cleanliness and upkeep left much to be desired. The dining situation is disappointing and doesn't match the beautiful surroundings. Considering the condition of the facilities, it felt like a stretch against the price charged.
Our stay was far from ideal and honestly quite disappointing. The room was dark, cramped, and didn’t feel clean at all. The shower was barely functional, and there were persistent issues with bugs. The location was inconvenient, which made things even worse. Although the staff tried to be helpful, it wasn’t enough to save our experience. Overall, I’d advise looking elsewhere for better accommodations.
My stay at this resort was disappointing. The room had a terrible smell and issues with the Wifi that left me frustrated. The bathroom facilities were poorly maintained, and the pool area looked dirty. The staff was unhelpful during my attempts to change rooms or secure a refund, which added to an overall negative experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
